Semi-automatic Blow Molding Machine

ZQS series semi-automatic PET bottle blowing machine adopts piston type pneumatic hydraulic linkage or cylinder machine hinge for two types of mold locking. It is equipped with digital infrared heating machine for use. It is widely used to blow packaging bottles with various materials, appearance and high technical requirements. Among them, HGS-200B special bottle blowing machine for hot filling is especially suitable for blowing tea bottles.The temperature resistance can reach 88-95 C,which meets the requirements of pasteurization process of beverage hot filling line.
